Mr. Tim is very professional and a outstanding lawyer. He treats you as you are a friend or family member, he keeps it real and don't sugar coat anything. Mr. Amey explains everything so you can understand the process. Tim has been my lawyer for 2 cases that were felonys and he fought for me and got them dismissed. Mr. Amey is very trust worthy and a very honest person. He is a young gunner on his way to the top. Highly recommend him.

I am an returning client to this law firm. This time around is the worst experience ever for my son and I. I have had to check behind the paralegal multiple times. My son and I got into a accident 12/1/2019 and we finished everything by the end of March. I have literally had to call one of the doctors billing department to see if anything was sent from this law firm when it wasn't and then get back in contact with the paralegal to let them know that the reason why they are still waiting almost a month later was because they didn't send it to the right hospital which I understood things can happen. Now, recently I have had to get in contact with the other party insurance company just to here a demand wasnt sent out when i was told it was sent out 1 month ago and (my son months ago) that they are waiting on a response from the insurance company, but guess what there wasn't a demand ever recieved from this law firm and when I called the insurance company the lady told me to tell them to just fax everything over which i then told the paralegal and she said she would do it. I understand things happen and no one is perfect also with Corona slowing things down but for them to get 40% this is ridiculous and unprofessional! I don't know if they make more when a case is out longer but im basically helping them do there job!

Approximately two years ago I contacted Howell and Christmas after being referred by a friend. I needed assistance in getting medical care for an injury I sustained at work. Upon first contact with Howell and Christmas Attorney Gary Christmas was compassionate, reassuring, and knowledgeable. Ultimately my case was assigned to Attorney Reese Stidham, who shared the same characteristics as Mr. Christmas. Mr. Stidham was always available to me, either by phone or in person. He kept me informed and up to date on my case. It was a fairly long battle, but I ended up with a favorable outcome thanks to Mr. Stidham. I would recommend Howell and Christmas to anyone needing help getting what is owed to them through Worker's Compensation and for any other legal matters.

The frustration set in early for me after I was injured at work in 2008. I contacted 4 different attorneys in the Myrtle Beach area for help, with one finally telling me that as long as the carrier was paying my medical bills incurred so far I should be happy because that is as good as it gets. Lad and Gary both were exceptional in how available they were for questions and concerns, and along with Kara, Elaine kept us up to date with everything concerning our cases. Although I wish more accountability could have been placed on the parties involved, I can move on with my life knowing Lad and Gary helped me obtain a fair settlement based on the facts of my case. If you want someone to stand by you, Gary Christmas is the attorney you want. He fought to get my weekly checks started when the insuracne company decided they didn't want to pay anymore.
