Great attorney when your in a pinch.

Great criminal attorney!

My wife saw Mr. Tim Amey's law firm on a short list on an internet search and contacted his business to get help with our specific legal questions. He called back and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. He was very compassionate in hearing her, was very professional and knowledgeable. He determined that our needs were more outside of his practice of criminal law and helped me find the right attorney for the job. We were about to give up when she got the call from Mr. Amey, and he gave us more than hope. We learned that we do need a lawyer and that our problem will be taken care of with the right legal representation. Thank you again, Mr. Amey!

Tim Amey is the go to attorney if your in a bind. He came highly recommended from a contact I have and he lived up to his reputation. He immediately put me at ease in the first consultation and gave me confidence that he would take care of everything. He kept me out of court and worked magic behind the scenes. He performed a miracle in an impossible situation resulting in having my charges dropped to a careless operation. No loss of license, no record. He is well versed in his craft and is well connected throughout the legal system which allows his to work his magic. He is easy to deal with and very responsive to your needs. I highly recommend him and will use him again if ever the need arises.

I would recommend Tim to anyone that needs help. Not only did he get the result that I wanted, but he also coached me through the entire process. He was easily reachable and answered all my questions very quickly and professionally. Not only was he able to help me with the legal side of my case, but he was also able to help me deal all aspects of this case. They put forth a very good effort in the beginning. I was very impressed and confident that I made a good choice in helping through a difficult time. However, once the claim was accepted I noticed that the effort on their part had dramatically decreased. My disability checks were not the correct amount. I called the office on four separate occasions. The same response was received every time. They would tell me “don’t worry we are working on it” In the six months I was out of work they never corrected the problem. This should have been an easy fix, since they had all of my wage information. Second, medical request for the doctor’s office went unanswered. Again I had to call and call and call before they finally sent out a letter. My instincts told me to replace them, and I really wish I would have. In my opinion they were just looking for the largest possible commission check while doing the least amount of work while my health and well-being was never a consideration.

Have you ever gotten in trouble and thought.... who can I call? Well Tim is the person. He is just absolutely AMAZING. Give him a call if you're ever in that hard spot.

Tim Amey is the first attorney I've ever had to deal with thankfully and his service and help was nothing short of outstanding. He is very knowledgable, good with communicating and getting back to you with answers and settles for nothing less then the best possible outcome as he has proven with my case by getting all charges dropped. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a private attorney.

He did not return my money I was awarded for attorney fees. I kept emailing him asking for an email response, and he would not.

Mr. Amey came very highly recommended, and I have to agree. He was very professional from start to finish. He was in contact with me through out the entire process and even with all my questions, and I had a lot of them, he never made me feel like I was being a burden. Hopefully I won't be needing an attorney any time soon but if I do, I know who I will be calling.

Was set at ease after the first consultation. Tim has worked both sides of the law and has a wealth of knowledge on both sides. Any legal proceeding can be verbose, dynamic, and vague; all of which combine to make one feel anxious and overwhelmed. Tim proved to be both professional and sympathetic in all of our dealings. He was always reachable and I felt like I was his only client; willing to answer even the smallest questions day of. And get this, he did even better than he sought to do! Who does that? At the very least, contact him if you need a good lawyer. I'm sure you'll be convinced of what I've written. Small side note: I wanted to give him 4 1/2 stars just because he's a Gamecock fan, but he did a great job so I'll give him the full five.
