I worked with Leland Malchow and the firm in reference to an accident I was in. One part of our case wasn’t as complicated but the second defiantly was. Mr. Malchow stood our ground and got us a great settlement. He was easy to get a hold of, professional and working with him was a great experience. I recommend him to everyone!

Just save yourself the time money and energy and find someone else.

Owed me over 600.00 for almost a month. Finally had to threaten them with filing a complaint with the ABA.

This law firm helped me do a closing on some land, 18 months later after paying on this land come to find out that the seller filed bankruptcy back in 2015 so the land was not his to sell and this lawyer backed him up 100%. I have been calling and calling and calling this law firm and we are not getting any response at all!! So that just tells me that this lawyer knew the whole time what kind of people he was representing. We are new at this and he knew it and here we are having to fork out money for a lawyer to fight a lawyer and somebody that he knew was doing wrong. Unprofessional To the max! I’m not even gonna get into the secretary because she was rude as all get out. Every time I call she Acts like she’s going to put me through to him but then gives me his voicemail every single time. UPDATE…..July 19th 2021! Since I left my last review going on four months ago! I’ve noticed that there is a lot more bad reviews then just mine! Anyways I have repeatedly contacted this law firm about what’s going on with my land and I keep on being told that it’s being worked out!! It’s been four months since we found out about this lien and nothing has been resolved yet? I will continue to update as I get updates, being that there are five different families that are in the same boat as me with the same people/ law firm!

Worst law firm I've ever dealt with. First, after leaving multiple voicemails over the course of a few weeks, I finally went into their office despite it being a time when people should be avoiding in person dealings, only to be told their phones weren't working and they had no way to listen to their messages. Next, they allowed the transaction to close on the sale of our home without verification of the buyer's funds (I don't see how that's even legal), and it took them multiple days to finally retrieve those funds. Last, when they finally sent us our proceeds days later, they sent it in check form to an address across the country where we have no way to retrieve it, even though we had specifically told them not to do that, and we had already arranged for them to wire the money so we could access it immediately for the purchase of another home. Now we haven't had a home to live in for days, and we still have no funds to buy one. We have sold three homes in our lifetime and every one has gotten us our funds the same day, except when dealing with Fountain Law. We've never seen such incompetence.

Worst closing company EVER. I was a loan underwriter for years, have closed hundreds of loans and grants. Have bought and sold several homes of our own and I have never experienced such an awful closing as the one with this agency. We closed on our home we sold, handed over our keys and garage door openers, and now days later the company still hasn't even received the buyers fund and I still have not received my loan proceeds! How can they possibly think it's okay to close on a home without the verified funds in hand first, like every other closing agency in the country?! Now the buyers have my house and I still don't have my proceeds. Do not use this company. They also do not answer their phones or return calls.

I highly recommend Fountain Law. His staff is outstanding. The team did a great job on a complex real estate closing. I'm very impressed with their professionalism, and good humor.

Hard to get a final price until the last day, which makes you have to rush to get the funds put into a certified check. Other than that it was quick and painless.

MY OPINION----i would def not recommend this firm Or Olde South Properties realty! not professional -poor quality-non responsive-way to many WRONGS-THATS NOT OK!!!!

Mr. Malchow Was wonderful to work with. My husband and I had a great experience having him on our side after a car wreck. You will not be disappointed having him work with You! Him and his staff were always there to answer our questions and concerns and always got back promptly.
