I said it was a great place so far in my last review from 6 months ago. I’m not so sure now…

Absolutely has been a Terrible experience. Went weeks at times without contact and when I finally decided enough is enough I am not getting my disengagement papers. I got a call from the case manager when I first reached out to customer experience to get chewed out by her because they forwarded my email to her. Then when I finally decided we were done, she told me there are liens on my case, and I asked her to forward them to me. But didn’t. Instead I reached out to medical who I saw for that information. It’s been 48 hours. Zero disengagement papers. Zero contact. Zero route. This place was a scam. I have medical bills needing to be paid and they’ve dragged this around
