Already said that I am truly disappointed e Morgan and Morgan. I sent witnesses names and numbers and they did even talk with them. They didn't get the video for October 19, 2024. Didn't talk with security. I sent photos were the substance on the floor made me lose my balance and I fell very hard on the floor. I sent documents to Anna and she didn't communicate with me as she should have. They are insensitive and you don't wait three after accepting my slip and fall case, calling me November 6, 2024 stating that they don't have enough to keep my case. The lady who called me acted as if though they didn't get anything. I would not recommend Morgan & Morgan to anyone. Employees are very cold and unconcern too.
