Meredith Law Firm is the best at what they do. They made us feel comfortable and know that sometimes life happens. Although, we had a few complicated situations, the team walked us through everything. It took over a year to get everything in order, but we was finally was able to move forward with the bankruptcy case. We appreciate all the help from the team, especially Mercedes. I have had the opportunity to work with Sean O'Conner of the Finkel Law Firm related to multiple highly emotional homeowners association topics to include amending Rules and Regulations for golf cart administration, Board authority / rights versus individual owner rights for Limited Common Elements required maintenance and owner usage limitations. Sean's written opinion and support in each case was detailed, specific, strongly supported by the respective governing documents and ultimately when supported and followed by those communities provided the necessary road map for each association to manuever the challenges to successful outcomes in the best interest of the associations without any costly court actions.
