in her words, "it is not a priority to us to return emails requesting that is not yet available..." "those messages may take several days or even a week or two for us to respond." she was quick to anger when I questioned her and disagreed with your recommendations because it was not in my best interest for my surgery. She responds by saying she has no physical office, therefore when she refuses to respond via text, email or call, you have no choice but to wait. as for settlement funds being released, when I asked why it is taking so long after her office received my funds, her response was " this process is usually not more than 60 days but can sometimes take 90 days or longer." she is very aware that I have waited a year to have my surgeries and continues to hold my funds without appropriate reasons, none of which pertain to me and my case or insurance information. if you want an attorney to work quickly and efficiently for you, this is not your attorney.

I had a terrible experience with Dana. She showed up over an hour late for our scheduled appointment. Her receptionist had no idea where she was. She was completely preoccupied with other matters, when she eventually showed up. Dana came across as very rude and aggressive. She raised her voice when I asked her a question. She screamed at me to "sit down" while I was in her office. Her office was a disaster. Boxes of files everywhere with sensitive information written on the box for anyone to see-social security numbers. I even had a hard time submitting payment to her. I mailed her a check, she said she never received it and emailed me every day until I submitted a credit card payment over the phone. I would never recommend her to anyone.

I enjoyed working with Dana on my case. She was fair and called me out when I was being unrealistic on my desires and counseled me when what should have been number one in my mind was not. She was blunt and honest when she needed to be and was caring when she needed to be. I hope I never find myself needing to work with her again, but she is my top choice of attorney if I ever do.
