Ryan Miller was a HUGE help to me! As a 18 year old who had never been in any situation where I needed a lawyer before, he made things so simple and I was never stressed about things getting done ever! I would strongly recommend!

Matthew Harrison and his team have helped me amazingly! I was in a car accident that I was in no fault in and they have helped me get everything I’m entitled to and more! I would recommend them to anyone who was in need of a lawyer. They have been in constant communication with me the whole time and have answered all of my questions no matter how many times I asked. They were great at explaining and making sure I understood every step of the way. I am forever grateful for them!

I feel compelled to share our story, in the hopes of it helping others to make a good decision, on who their counsel is. My husband was involved in an accident while going to work in his company truck. There were injuries but Thank God none life threatening. Needless to say this was a very complicated case. There were several persons, Workers Comp, Insurance Co's. And Law Firms involved. There were several complicated aspects to say the very least. In the end Matt, Brandon, and the whole team at MDSW did an absolutely wonderful job. They are very respectful, knowledgeable, honest and have morals. If you want an attorney who will lie, be disrespectful of the whole process, then don't go with MDSW. If you want an attorney/attornies that will treat you with the upmost respect, listen to your concerns, then these are your Guys. There are alot of "Well Known" workers comp and accident attornies in this great city of ours, but at the end of the day, they are only looking out for themselves. My eyes were opened to the unethical behavior of these so called "Established" attornies. I Thank God that we went with the MDSW team. Matt and Brandon did what we asked, even though it wasn't always what was best for us, and they made sure to tell us that. Lol. If you have a workers comp case or are in an accident, that wasnt your fault, I highly recommend using MDSW. They hung in there and fought to get us alot more money than expected. I truly implore you to give them a call before signing with any other Law Firm. I truly believe once you have spoken with them, you will see what we saw, and go with them. The good Lord brought us to them for a reason. Honesty, morality, ethics, patience, for sure, are just some of the great qualities they possess. Again, give them a chance. You won't be sorry. Thank you so much to Brandon, Matt and the whole MDSW team. Hopefully we won't need you again but if we do, I feel competent, they will do a great job for us again.

The entire staff was very professional and courteous. They kept in touch with me consistently as my case progressed. In addition, they always asked how my therapy was coming along. They negotiated a very fair settlement and I was pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommend Miller, Dawson, Sigal &Ward as a great choice for accident attorneys.

Our son was involved in a hit and run on his motorcycle - a parent's worst nightmare. We were very happy with the services provided to us by Miller, Dawson, Sigal, & Ward, especially Patrick. He was extremely responsive and kept the lines of communication open. Patrick was patient with all of our questions and in the end we were able to get our son a new vehicle thanks to their efforts. Our hope is that we will never need their services again but if we ever do we will absolutely be reaching out to Patrick again.
