I had never had a serious accident and they answered all of my many questions. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. They even sent me flowers when in the middle of everything, I had to deal with the death of my mother. I can't recommend this Firm enough.

Robert Howell was my attorney after I was rear ended while at a dead stop. The process couldn't have been any easier for me on my end. He took all my info, he and his assistant set up appointments and helped me rest assured everything would be taken care of since I didn't have my own health insurance. Sure enough, everything was done with very little effort on my end. After hearing many dreaded stories, I couldn't believe how well I was taken care of. I cannot believe how much money Robert was able to work out and put in my pocket. When I floated a "dream/joke" number he said he didn't think it was possible (neither of us did honestly) and he ended up getting me double. He is clearly good at his job. He did everything he could to get every dollar available. My wife got into a wreck more recently and he's been taking care of her case as well. Jumped right on it to ensure our family had someone we trusted.
