I am grateful for the care and concern Mr. Aylor and Ms. Walley have shown me. I had never used a law firm but was in an auto accident that left me in physical pain and with the emotional stress of a totaled vehicle. Yet, despite the physical and emotional pain, I had to find a way to keep going with my daily life. I had never been in an accident before and did not know what to do to restore both my health and my lost property. My insurance company was absolutely horrible - not bothering to either answer any of my emails or calls - causing me additional unnecessary stress and anxiety. Filling the information void, my team told me my options and charted a course that I understood and appreciated. They were a great team who were honestly concerned about me, their client, and assisted in every aspect of the bureaucracy. I would recommend them to anyone who is going through a similar event.
