They took my case, had bad follow through, and never followed up with the so-called demand letter with the insurance company. Then I get a letter telling me they can't help me anymore because they didn't want to do the work. I found myself a real attorney, who took matters in hand. Avoid this firm, especially when they use another law firm and agree to fee splitting. Basically one Law Firm refer to them, and they do a bad job expecting a quick settlement, and when they don't get it they dump you. Avoid them like the plague
