I am giving the Joye Law Firm one star because I have call their offices for three days, submitted two request for consultation and not once did anyone contact me or speak with me about my case. But they did send my contact information to Bluestein Attorneys in Columbia SC nearly 2 hours from my home when there office is near my work place. So I get a random call expecting it to be Joye Law Firm but it's the firm they dumped me off on before even talking to me.

When you're in pain suffering and looking for an attorney who will listen to you and provide you with sound legal advice, call Joye Law Firm. I'm glad I did!

When I started my search for a law firm I did some research like anyone does online and started making contact with those firms that seemed to fit my needs. Joye Law stood out from the beginning, everyone I spoke with showed genuine concern and professionalism yet they hadn’t even agreed to take my case. When Mr. LeBlanc personally called and spent time to explain to me all the probable scenarios and listened to my entire story , I knew I was with the best firm. I felt confident that he understood my feelings and was truly working for my best interest. From that first call I was contacted by Mr.LeBlanc’s Paralegal Marcy Huckabee , she offered support and constant communication throughout my case. They were always a phone call away and although Im sure they have many cases, I never felt like just another case. A lot of people can say they will be there for your questions or concerns but this team stands behind it. Their professionalism and follow thru made the entire case a breeze for me, this made it easy to trust them and for someone that has never needed a attorney it can be overwhelming without the right firm on your side. I’m certainly not anticipating the need for any attorney services in my future but I can confidently say that if ever I do find myself needing anything legal I have best law firm on my side !

In 2016 I was injured on the job. Feeling that I was not being treated fairly I turned to the Joye Law Firm. My case was given to Attorney Matt Jackson and Paralegal Deana Nash. From the beginning Matt and Deana saw to it that Drs appointments and perscedures were scheduled and that my temporary pay was being dispersed. They saw to it that my best interests were being considered and that progress was being made. In 2018 I was deposed and Matt saw to it that I was prepared and eased my mind about being deposed having never given a deposition before. My case went to mediation and the day prior I saw Matt and I was told what to expect and what not to expect. I left that meeting with a lump in my throat. It was very evident as the mediation began that Matt and Deana did a tremendous job at preparing my case and Matt skillfully turned my expectations 180 degrees. Their hard work and dedication paid off for me and my case. I would highly recommend the Joye Law Firm to anyone that needs help with a work related injury and Matt Jackson and Deana Nash are the team to request. I could not be more pleased with the results of my experience in working with Matt, Deana and the Joye Law Firm.

I called the Joye Law Firm & spoke with Inez, the Referrals Coordinator. She went above & beyond to refer me over to a great partnering firm they work with that was able to assist me. She also told me if I run into any problems along the way to give her a call. She was absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone.

I highly recommend Jeff Gerardi and his assistant, Holly Benton. Both were so very helpful and efficient in helping me with the numerous bills and basic communications that follow a car accident. I was able to put the entire process in their hands. Both stayed in close contact w/ me at all times. If ever I had a question, one or both responded quickly.
