It was a JOY having Peter & Holly (dynamic duo) working with me during the car accident. I can't tell you how much comfort they brought. Instead of having to come into the office, they came to me. Their first concern was my well being and that made me feel like I was in good hands. Peter and Holly made sure I was setup with the proper care and I received what was best from the two.... loyalty. The two showed me that they work for me and not against me and I appreciate them to the fullest. Thank you Peter and Holly for a job well done.

I would like to thank Pat Jennings and Samantha Craven for all the personal attention they have given me. I was hurt 3 yrs ago at work,when ever I have a question,it is answered. If I leave a message,they get back to me the same day. This has been a long drawn out process and they have helped me out anytime I needed it. I would recommend Pat to anyone that needs help. When my accident first happened three other law firms turned me down saying that I did not make enough money for my case to be worth their time. Joye law firm took my case and my lawyer Patrick and paralegal Erin were there for me through everything, calming me down with their reassurance that they were on my side. For over five years they answered every question I had promptly. For five years they were with me till we reached an agreement. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Jeff Gerardi and Holly Benton after a difficult accident. What made the situation even more difficult than the accident itself was the insurance company of the other party. To begin with, the insurance company did not seem to know what they were doing and made mistakes attempting to stall the process. Jeff stayed on top of everything and made sure they followed through to get me everything I needed in a timely manner. Holly was always able to get me any paperwork I needed as quickly as possible and answer any questions I had. Both were very professional the showed that they actually cared about my case! This was the first time I've ever had to deal with something like this, and after seeing what they had to go through with the insurance company of the person at fault, I'm so glad the were in my corner. I couldn't have been more satisfied and I recommend them as strongly as possible!
