I really don't know where to start. First I want to thank Attorney Matt Jackson and His team who is by far the best Attorney in my opinion in the Charleston area. I have a very long history with Attorney Jackson and his team,. My case was open for years,, I really got to see all sides of the workers comp process, From not having an attorney,,, I do not recommend this at all,, I went almost 3 years trying to fight this on my own,, In my opinion they earn and deserve whatever there fee is to represent you. They don't take that task lightly either when it comes to representing their clients, I was always able to get in touch with Matt or his team at any time I needed to talk with them. Also there where more than a few times my phone would ring in the evenings and weekends where Matt or Deana where working late going over my file and I'm sure plenty of other clients they represented,, Even though when I met with them or talked with them I felt like I was the only client they had, because their total attention was on me and my needs medically. We had to go through some battles, and I am sure if you are reading this and looking for an attorney that is something you will need to think about.. they fought every step of the way to make sure I saw the doctors i needed to see, Received the treatments i also needed., the team you receive with Matt Jackson is an A+ team that will go above and beyond every expectation you can imagine. You will have highs and lows as you go through this ,and know they are not there to be your friend but you would never know that.. If I can say anything to make you realize the importance of representation and from the Joye law firm it is., I trusted Attorney Jackson with my medical needs for the rest of my life. My injury just didn't go away. I will live everyday managing my pain and injury but I can say without a doubt. He made sure I was represented and thought about my needs as if I was a family member,.,, I smile as I say this and Deana and Matt with a tear in my eye (lol) that you brought some JOYE back into my life, So thank You and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone that I know, I think Now you know why they continually are voted number one Law firm in the Charleston Area Kindest Regards, Kim
