Joye Law Firm is ON IT! They worked with me on my car accident case, kept me in the know of everything and explained things I didn't understand. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone. Six months after I got married, My husband was injured on the job. He broke his back and neck and shattered his ankle. The company that he worked for didn't carry Workman's Compensation. Mr. Ken Harrell came to our home where my husband was confined to a bed in the living room, as he couldn't go up stairs. With his compassion, knowledge and drive for helping others, he swooped in and made the process of red tape completely stress free. When trying to help care take of your spouse, the last thing you want to concern yourself with is collection letters from doctors offices, harassing phone calls from hospitals. He took all that away from us so that would could focus on the most important thing...My husband's recovery. I could never with a million words or a life time express how Mr. Harrell impacted our lives forever and the gratitude that we hold for him and the firm. Joye Law Firm, Attorney Jeff Gerardi, took my case and was very professional, explained every part of how the case would go under the law, and was very personable. I signed with a disability lawyer in Augusta, Ga., then moved to the upstate. My lawyer took two weeks to return calls, gave me no encouragement, told me I was taking too much of their time, and she dropped me.
