There is not enough thanks for Milt and the staff. We are from Charlotte area and the accident happened near Charleston. We were left with no one wanting to fight for me and the children. We had a case with a drunk driver who his insurance was not accepting responsibility. Apparently, some attorneys only want the easy cases. Not Milt and the Joye law firm team. They took our case, fought for us like we were family. I do not leave a lot of reviews but just felt I had to in this case. When you feel no one has your back, Joye will. I truly appreciate everything they have done from beginning to end.

Joye Law Firm I want to first start out by saying that Joye Law Firm is one of the best firms around. Brent Arant is a class act. Hard working and will fight for you. He is personal, and his case managers are always on top of things. I got into a pretty serious accident. I was back boarded in a neck brace and took an ambulance ride to the hospital. Ended up needing surgery and months of physical therapy. Brent gave me the best advice about every step of the way. He called every two weeks and checked in to see how my doctors visits were going and to see if I needed anything. Once my surgery and treatment was done and I was back to somewhat normal. Brent assured me that he would fight for what was right, and everything would be taken care of. Brent called me every 2-3 weeks for almost 2 years just to check in with me, update me, and see how I was doing. You couldn’t ask for a better attorney. If you need somebody that is on your side. Joye Law firm are a quality law firm. Attorney Pat Jennings and case manager Sam Craven were very professional and thorough in handling my case. Highly recommended when dealing with workers comp.

Cat has done everything she said she was going to do. Appreciate her attentiveness. Had given her a 5 star! Just changed as: Unfortunately we have been moved from Cat and have not been able to get the new helper. Got a letter but tried to call a week ago and still no call back. Maybe they need more like Cat. I guess this is how Law Firms work? Never get to talk t actual Lawyer and the people that prepare it for the Lawyers keeps changing. Cat was #2 and we are on #3 now? A whole lot of people from being told this was a slam dunk no questions nearly a year ago. Hopefully will hear something soon.

My experience with the Joye Law firm as been a great experience. My case is over now and I feel an emptiness in my heart. I guess no case goes smoothly and I’m sure mine didn’t either, but whenever I needed something or the company involved in my case would drag their foot for any reasons, I would text Deana(I chose to text because I was not their only client and I knew they would get back to me within 12to 24 hours) and she would get with Attorney Jackson and one of them would call me back. Attorney Jackson spoke to me in simple to understand terms so I understood everything he was doing. Anytime something changed, he brought me in his office for an eye to eye conversation. Attorney Matthew Jackson is so great at what he do, I hang on his every word like he was reading from the Bible. Attorney Jackson and Deana made me feel safe, relax, and respected I started feeling like family. I ask Attorney Jackson to make sure the company in my Workmens Compensation case keep me medically covered and he did that. I know everything he did for me was because it was his job, but he made me fell like family it did not feel like a business deal or like I was just a client. Deana is like my aunt, I never closed a conversation with here feeling like she didn’t understand me or like I would have to call her back and remind her to do something, she was always there for me; even when she had nothing to report, she would text me just to check in on me. Our conversations always ended on a friendly note, and not with a business speech. I love these two people. I am quite sure I will recommend them to any and everyone who is considering a lawyer for any reason. My case have been closed for almost a month and I’m already missing them. Best of luck to them and the firm in the future.
