They cancel my case after they accept it The reason was I don’t answer the phone I give them two phone numbers the first number was my friend number because he speaks English better than me i tru to make easy for them and the second number was my number And I even explain that for them They call my friend number he don’t answer the call the cancel my case they don’t even try to call my phone number no text mail nothing I spend 4 months try to find another attorney 4 months to found attorney to accept my case because it’s have canceled before

My attorney Brent Arant took my case over after another attorney left the law firm. Brent and Kayla was the BEST.. Brent was always available to explain the process. He would return my phone calls immediately. He have the best personalty ever. Very professional and take pride in his work. He cares about his clients. I spoke to Kayla often, she was always pleasant and informative. When I came by the office to sign some paper work and I mentioned to Brent that his phone call was the best birthday present ever. We engaged in conversation with me mentioning my plans for the evening. Told him my husband and I will be celebrating downtown at Halls Chop House. Well at the end of our evening at Halls we learned that Brent called and placed $50.00 towards our bill. (brought tears to my eyes) The next day, I went by to pick up my paperwork, Brent had everything in a bag including a birthday present. Brent was beginning to feel like family to me. My husband was involved in a very serious vehicle accident in November of 2017 and sustained a traumatic brain injury.
