In Februrary, I was involved in an accident and needed the help of an attorney. I called my friend, Regina Hyman, and she told me that the Law Firm she worked for actually handled cases involving personal injury. I called the Joye Law Firm and provided the intake caller with my information. She was very professional and extremely helpful, as I wasn't feeling much like talking. I was then contacted by Brittany Kearley, who provided me with all the details, all the documents, and all the numbers to call so that I could get in touch with her. Later that afternoon, I received a welcome email from both Brittany and the attorney handling my case, Rand Stoney. Rand called me, welcomed me as a client, and then explained everything that he would be doing to handle my case. Over the last few months, Brittany and Regina were always instrumental in helping answer my questions and keeping track of all the information I was turning in. Within a month, Rand called me with an update on my case and the terms of settlement regarding my case. I have found that everyone I talked with, who works at the Joye Law Firm North Charleston Office, to be professional, courteous, and competent in their positions. Me and my daughter were in a bad car accident back in 2022. I called Joye Law Firm being that they held a previous case for me. Made the call and was appointed Mr. John Aylor and his team. From day one they all were very responsive, caring and concerned about not only me and my daughters well being but also cared about seeking justice! They were very honest from the start, very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop the entire process. Whenever I had a question I was was given and answer.
