This is the second visit to Joye Law Firm and the service was phenomenal. Jeff was great each time and kept me up to date with both of my cases and answered all of my questions. Hopefully I won't need another lawyer for an accident but if I do I plan on sticking with them.

My experience with the entire staff, that I had the pleasure to meet, was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was incredibly friendly and generous with their time. I would recommend Joye to anyone who has a need for them.

I highly recommend Lauren Sturdivant with Joye Law Firm. My husband was in a head on collision with an at fault, uninsured motorist. We had two different attorneys and at first barely got enough to cover doctor bills and out of pocket costs. One lucky night i ran into Kristina Estep, an employee at Joye. After expressing my frustrations to her, she went out of her way to have Lauren take a look at his case. Within about a month i got a call from Lauren who went above and beyond to get us what we deserved. If it wasn't for Lauren and Kristina, we may have never got the rightful compensation for an accident that turned our lives upside down.

Contacted them for help and an assistant took down basic information about an injury and positioned Ken Harrell will call you to review the details to determine how they could help. Within 30mins I received a sloppily made email from Ken Harrell stating they couldn't help at all even though they had never spoken to me nor had they heard the major details of the injury. I took my business elsewhere and would not recommend them to family and friends.
