My experience with the Joye Law Firm was a very positive one. I felt that I was given every explanation necessary and an opportunity to ask questions so that I was very well informed of the process, of what I was up against and what I should be prepared for. I never wanted to retain a lawyer, but at the end of my discussions with the representative from the insurance company, I knew that I had better get one quick because suddenly I understood that we were not on the same page - her responses became very vague. Matthew Jackson represented me and prepared me for the attitude that I was faced with in the courtroom. I could not believe that I would be looked at in such a negative manner, but thank God I had been prepared - the sad part is that these people were representing a company that I had been employed by for forty plus years. I would advise anyone not to go it alone, this firm will not push you to do anything that you don't agree with, they will simply inform you of the avenues that are available to you. I am thankful to God, to Matt and to Joye Law Firm for doing a magnificent job in representing me and educating me in the process.
