“Paul went way above and beyond, making numerous calls and sending emails and was able to completely clear the problem up.”
3
Lawyers are professional, responsive, and provide excellent customer service
“Professional and if they miss your call, they call you back. The consultation is free and they did it on the same day they called. Not too big for their britches and they are professional.”
Cons
1
Some lawyers may be unethical and unprofessional, engaging in inappropriate behavior towards clients
“She was supposed to be representing my husband in a case, however this lawyer has been texting my husband at night telling him how special he is and that she would do legal work for him for free. She text him last night at 11pm inviting him and his crew to her house for dinner and to relax together out on her porch and she would update him on his case. I will be going to the Bar Association for this. This is very unethical.”
2
Some lawyers may not be responsive, provide poor customer service, and fail to deliver on promised results
“This has been the worst experience of my life! They are unresponsive and unprofessional. The right hand does not know what the left is doing. I'm not sure what the heck i paid so much money for because they will not help me! I would suggest using another attorney!”
3
Some lawyers may provide poor legal advice and fail to advocate effectively for their clients
“She advised me to seek another attorney after I paid her $2,000 legal fee. All she ever did was wrote a letter and talk about how successful our case was going to be. All I wanted was someone to represent me in a small claims court for $3,000 my former employer stiffed me on, but instead I'm down 5k. I would recommend her to anyone.”
