Also I'd like to add another shout out to Terreka, she was a customer service Representative who not only took my call but was a kind, compassionate, understanding and genuinely caring person. She and I talked for over an hour. She gave me her time and was a really down to 🌎 kindness which is difficult to find in others these days. She stayed over, just to speak with me. She didn't have to but she did anyway. Especially with the stressors of my health and infirmities from being disabled, which is very consuming and the pain and suffering that was caused when hit in the accident has caused pain to existing pains from those infirmities and have caused increase new pains and discomforts, unfortunately.
