Rude and unprofessional customer service
“She spoke rudely, quoted some garbage, would not even let me speak and hung up. I finally closed my transaction. As an eXp Realtor, my company requires an email of commission chk and ALTA. Got ALTA no copy of chk. I called at 5:00. They told me their office policy doesn't allow them to email commission check copies.”

Delays and poor communication
