My family custody case was a very stressful experience for me. I didn't think it would be settled at all in mediation, I was sure that it was going to go to trial. Thanks to Sarah, it was settled in mediation and I was given a fair amount of time with my son. She was able to scrutinize the affidavits and documents of my case and found many inconsistencies that she was able to bring to the table to try to get a resolution - she wanted to make sure that the other side knew it wasn't going to be in their benefit if we went to trial. She was able to make sure that certain things were added to the court document that enforce good boundaries on both parts. She was quick to pick up on any vague wording that was in the agreement so that it could not hurt me later. She is an amazing lawyer and I am very happy with the way that she represented my case and if anything else related to the case pops in the future, I know I have a good lawyer on my side.
