This firm is one of the best in the Carolinas. Every interaction with them is a caring, wonderful experience- particularly with one of their Paralegals, Karla Lefin. She is smart, listens very intently to a that is needed, follows up exactly and she says she would - definitely a true joy and such an asset to an already stellar law firm. On October 15, 2020 I was involved in an accident on Cherry Rd, Rock Hill, SC. While attempting to take the exit to get on I 77 north to Charlotte, NC, a tractor trailer ran the light and I struck it head on. I spoke to a law firm, but I did not use them, due to them not making me feel comfortable and then I had a conference meeting with Ben Leader. I felt comfortable, he took the time to listen to my story regarding the incident, and the pain I was experiencing, he explained the process, and ensured me that I would be well cared for in his hands. My second meeting, he introduced me to Andrew Creech, and he suggested that he joined the case due to his expertise in dealing with Worker Comp, Ben stated I had two claims. Doing my two surgeries, the first one was in 2021 and the other one was in 2022, both attorneys stayed in contact with me, ensuring all medical bills were paid and my needs were met. They ensured that workers comp arranged physical therapy, obtaining my medical records to ensure my recovery was a success. Both attorneys Ben Leader and Andrew Creech was always willing to be there to answer my questions, they always returned phone calls, I felt like and they treated me like I was a part of their family. If they were not in the office, their paralegals, Kaylor Cooper and Casey Barber were very competent, answering questions, and even though they had other cases, it was a good feeling when they knew my name and my case. I want to thank attorney Ben Leader, Andrew Creech and their team for caring for my wellbeing, being professional and very efficient in handling my case. They listened and presented me with one option, and that option was they would fight for me and get me as close to being whole as possible and they did that.
