I was involved in an automobile accident 4 years ago, and found Elrod Pope Law Firm while searching companies near my home. I could not be happier with this company. Very professional and knowledgeable. They have went above and beyond for me. As I traveled through uncharted territory, they made this whole experience less stressful. They were always willing to adjusts their schedule to be available when my work schedule was hectic. I can't say enough positive things about this law firm. Garrett, Drew, Harold, and Kathy did an amazing job for me, and I can't thank them enough for all the hard work and time they put into my case. They truly cared about my case and what was in my best interest. They made you feel like family. I would highly recommend this law firm to all my family and friends. Zach and Karla were absolutely amazing to work with!! I have never dealt with anything like this before, so I had lots of questions about the processes and procedures of how it would all go. The whole process was seamless. My first time dealing with personal injury lawyers so I had my father help with my case. Elrod and Pope law firm came highly recommended to us. For good reason. We dealt with the partner Mr. Staley and paralegal Mrs. Cooper both were amazing, treated us so well and answered all of our questions. Laid everything out clearly and concisely for us. The hospitality and professionalism is top notch here. They treat you like family here. I hope to never need their services again but if I do I know right where I am going. My daughter was in a car accident that was not her fault. Harold and Tasha were very professional and nice to work with. Their office staff is very kind and proffessional asking if we wanted something to drink when we were waiting for a short period for our meeting. They used text, calling, email, and meeting in person to communicate. This was very useful with our busy lives. They took care of dealing with the insurance company and medical bills. They kept us informed during the process. We were able to reach a settlement. Highly recommend them.
