David Benson of Elrod Pope work very hard for me to receive the best possible resolve to my Workers Comp case. I actually received much more money then I was expecting. And the final settlement took less then 6 weeks, which is less then some of the stories I hear other people taking years to settle. If needed, I would definitely come back to David to do it over again.

I contacted the Elrod-Pope Law Firm regarding a medical malpractice claim and had the great pleasure of meeting Attorney Jack Leader via phone consultation. Mr. Leader was very kind, compassionate and above all, honest. I knew when I contacted them that I had a difficult case to pursue and though he was unable to take my case, he didn’t shoo me away, insult me or just not return my call like others have. Instead, he honestly made me aware of the main dilemma I was facing, contacted an Attorney on my behalf and also gave me a reference for another. He was prompt in returning my call as well as getting back to me after speaking with a colleague regarding my case. Mr. Leader by far exceeded my expectations. If he went the extra mile for me, who wasn’t even a client of his, all the while treating me with the utmost kindness and respect, I can only imagine what exceptional care he must take for his clients, who are blessed to have him as their Counselor. Being injured at the hands of another, especially if that person is a physician in whom you’ve put your trust and very life, is extremely distressing and the process of seeking compensation through legal recourse is even more so. The firm has launched a class action suit against a local paper production plant that is ignoring state and federal environmental regulations. The law firm has been aggressive and professional on this case.

This law firm is currently taking a stand for my community and attempting to reduce pollution in our area. They are doing this despite some horrible commentary from people who are either threatened by change or are uneducated about the effects/span of the pollution. Regardless of whether they win the lawsuit or not I can’t help but have immense gratitude for those who will fight for the greater good and help make our community a better place.
