Working with Joe Neal was my first time ever working with a lawyer regarding an accident. I didn’t know what to expect or how to go about the process. I needed someone I could trust and make things super easy for me as I experienced a tough time. He is very kind and knowledgeable. He doesn’t under or over communicate. He communicates as he receives updates or other information I needed to know. He was also very patient and thorough throughout the entire process. The amount of stress I experienced prior to meeting him was lessened by the trust that was formed. I valued his advice and support throughout my case. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for resolution after an accident. Prayerfully, I never have to work with him again under those circumstances. But, I’d choose him again if ever needed. Contacted this firm via their website. We needed help with Will updates, Guardianship / Conservatorship, and establishment of a Special Needs (Disability) Trust for our son. This is the response we received: "This is out of the scope of work our firm offers." Their website CLEARLY states otherwise (see Pic). Perhaps an update is in order. Thanks for the referral though. We're happy to spend our money elsewhere. Can't recommend.

Had them as my divorce attorneys. Did not protect my assets from being drained while proceeding were on going. Dropped me as a single mom of 3 and left me to defend myself at the final hearing because their fees didn't get paid by my ex which was court ordered.
