I was going through divorce and needed a guardian to sort out what was happening. My ex was hurling false allegations . I was under the impression the guardians main job was to protect the children . He didn’t interview half of my children. The kids were awarded custody to the parent they clearly see as harmful. Two of my kids sent a personal email to Mr. Duncan after the divorce to express how frustrated and upset they were. If your kids matter to you do not trust this guardian . He appears to be too busy to do the adequate investigation and if you’re counting on him to figure out what’s going on in your case .. look somewhere else . I really trusted that this Guardian would be able to decipher what’s going on in this family. But if anyone were to interview my kids , ALL of them are very upset with the outcome . In family court , no evidence is required. Spouses can claim anything, and we count on people like this to be have the discernment to be able to tell what is really happening. Do not trust this Guardian if you care about your children. Mine are suffering.
