Very disappointed in th lack of professionalism. I had a very bad experience.

They really dropped the ball on my recent closing. Staff was unresponsive, unprofessional, and downright rude! They put my seller client into a difficult situation by not paying him on time. I will not be using them again in the future.

For the most part, this transaction was ok. As a first time home buyer, you don’t understand all the closing language so you’re trying to understand as you go along but it was moved rather quickly without much explanation. We had a terrible experience with the initial mortgage company and realtor as mistakes were made and closing delayed several times with each party blaming the other so already bothered but came too far to walk away. My toddler had to join us with no one to watch him and because he wasn’t absolutely quiet and not sitting completely still, the attorney confronted him pointed his finger at him and shouted at him to sit down. So, finally in house, a YEAR later, We received a letter from our HOA that our HOA fee from closing was not paid and so they were expecting that year plus this year AND a late fee for not paying the first year. Right away, I called my realtor who is shirred me it was paid at closing and took a look at my closing documents and in fact showed it was paid. So I called Steltzner Law and spoke with Libby who said she’d look into it and call me back. About a week went by and there was no call but I did receive a check from them for my HOA fee. I was still curious as to what had happened and I called and spoke with Libby again who told me there was some kind of internal error where it showed it was paid but was not. I asked her about the late fee charge that the H away with charging me for and she assured me they would send a check for that. I never received a check and I called multiple times leaving messages and was told Libby would call me back but she never did. Two attempts ago, I was told by Ramona who I left several messages with and was told Libby would call me back that Libby stated I would get a check Monday. Here it is Wednesday and no check so I called the office again and spoke with Ramona once again because I guess Libby is never available now and was told Libby would call me back. I have yet to see this happen or even a check. It’s a $35 late fee charge so not very much but for someone that is on disability and just the principle of the thing, you would think they would do the right thing even as an attorney’s office. So, make sure at closing all parties have been paid AND keep track of all calls and messages documenting them all. I have sent messages through their website that have gone unanswered. How wrong it is to take advantage of your clients and think it’s ok. I would suggest going elsewhere. If they can’t cover a $35 late fee charge for a mistake they made; then what else would they do?

Smooth closing but no paper work was send, after closing on a property from June 15th, this is October 2021, we are still waiting for Original deed and other's after the deed has been recorded, when I call they said my paper work is not ready yet, till now after Four months, I am still waiting for paper work to be send to me

Has dealings with a Dennis lepka who owes a lot of money to me and to others in real estate dealings, yet this attorney has done many things for this person I just have to question it
