I would like to give a shout-out to Frances, who is absolutely amazing, patient, and kind! Frances helped me translate today when a Spanish-speaking family came to the office to pick up a settlement check. It was a process, and Frances very patiently went over all of the paperwork and explained everything to the family to make sure that they understood what they were signing. If every office had a Frances, the world would be a much better place. Thank you, Frances!
