I find it difficult to express in mere words how my lawyer, Stephen Vicari, and his paralegal, Tasha Smith, of Stewart Law Offices, helped me. I was almost killed in an auto accident. I was offered money from my insurance agency to settle my case. I took the chance to call a lawyer for advice and found Stewart Law via Google searches. God was with me that day as I found a team that fought for me for 4 years (Covid drew out the case). The insurance company said I deserved nothing. Zero. Stephen not only stuck with the case, he brought in a specialist, Skip Utsey, and that did not cost me one extra penny. During a case like this, the splitting of the cash settlement is a set percentage, but the client pays for any outstanding hospital bills, and incidental costs. When I got the final breakdown I was shocked. They kept the expenses so low - they were a fraction of what I expected. Then Tasha fought to get some outstanding medical bills written off - and I’m talking like the value of a new car. When I picked up my check there was even an extra $1000 in it!
