Attorney Rick McDuff was an absolute pleasure to talk to regarding our litigation needed to recover costs from damage to our our property. He advised us to file thru Small Claims ourselves as hiring him would cost almost as much as the claim itself. We truly felt he was helping us, instead of making money from us, which he very well could have done. Would highly recommend him to anyone that needs litigation to get money owed to you.
