I contacted Mr Thomas about a driving charge that I received and he told me what he thought would happen and that I didn't need his help to beat the charge. He did tell me that if I needed him that he would be in court that day and he would be happy to point me in right direction. Awesome person that could've took my money but he didn't, I really appreciate his honesty. You don't find it to much these days.

Ok people I'm going to speak the truth because James is the best lawyer is South Carolina.! Back on December 2020 I had went to South Carolina to work on the construction project in gaffney i85 ,( Ok SoI was parked on the construction site to the shoulder stuck in the mud. Police pulled behind me and got me for DUI lost my job after that , So I searched for a lawyer and James C. Thomas was the resonable and cheapest lawyer of all South Carolina. Not just that he was reasonable with with me on my financial crisis as long there was communication, James can work with you. The most that made me know that James is a Good lawyer was that he got my case dismissed.! he open the door again for me.!!! Secondly he waived the rest of the money because he said that it was enough already for the work he had done since case was dismissed and it was enough money already, So that instantly told me James is honest and truthful.! So look more have James fight for your Case.!! I don't know where to start. Attorney Thomas has been worth every penny. He is currently representing me on two cases and has been extremely knowledgeable and professional. I'm on the west coast currently but James makes time out of his schedule to work around the time difference, a lot of Saturdays put in!! If you are in need of someone, don't think twice, hire James. I've been represented before and nobody compares to Mr. Thomas. You won't find better representation. He is upfront, honest and works his a** off, period! A good human being and an EXCELLENT attorney.

I work a job that requires a clean driving record, when I received a ticket I really had no idea who to call or where to go. After reading some reviews and interviewing a number of lawyers in SC I landed on Mr. Thomas. James was very professional and gave me a good idea of what to expect based on his experience with previous cases similar to mine. This personal touch is something I didn’t feel like I got from other attorneys, I sort of felt like they were just in it for the money. Whereas James really seems to care and takes his job to heart. He worked diligently to resolve my cases with the best resolution possible and I am beyond pleased with the outcome.
