I am grateful for Stewart Law Firm! When I initially made contact with their office it was well after office hours on a Friday, but a communications specialist answered. I was shocked yet relieved that someone was on the other end. I specifically explained that contact was being made in an attempt to reach attorney Sam Bass based on the recommendation of one of his previous clients. Although it was late in the evening, it was important that I made contact with someone. At that time we were a family of three, and I was expecting. I was stressed out and worried as my husband was our sole provider. He was not receiving any income from workers comp, and his need for care was being delayed. Truly, I did not want to carry this burden until their next business day. Once I provided the rep with a slight overview of my husband’s situation, I had no clue that help would be on the way in a matter of minutes. I later received a phone call from one of the owners of Stewart Law Office. I was shocked because again, I did not expect to speak to anyone until the following week. After the owner kindly introduced himself, I was made aware that Mr. Bass would make contact with me, and indeed he did. The very next morning (on a Saturday) as I cared for my husband ,cleaning his wounds, I received the call that put my husband’s well being and our family first! It was attorney Bass. He was patient, caring, concerned, informative, very detailed in asking questions, and most of all fired up to help us! Prior to reaching out to attorney Bass, I was sure that my husband was not being treated justly. However, for the first time protecting and caring for him was outside of my scope as both his wife and his caregiver. Attorney Bass made sure that he made moves that always put our family first, and to show us that he was committed to getting the job done, he was sitting in our living room the following Monday to speak to us in person! I was sold! I mean this man drove over two hours just to speak with us! Throughout my husband’s case Attorney Bass remained loyal to ensuring that my husband’s care was comprehensive and sufficient. He and his assistants were supportive and knowledgeable. They were logical in their approach, strategic, ethical, and great communicators. I remember when Mr. Bass came to our home. Our relationship went from us being just a name on his list to us feeling like family. This was a very pivotal point for all of us. He was allowed to see who we were, and we were allowed to see who he truly was. He did not talk over our heads. He took his time to explain things, and he made sure that we understood the education that was being provided to us. Before leaving our home that day, he made it clear that we could call him as much as we needed to at no additional charge because… he was our lawyer! If ever in the future, we are in need of a lawyer, I will be sure to go straight to my phone’s contacts and call Sam Bass! He fought for our family when my husband and I could not! We trust his judgment!
