If you want a lazy, incompetent money hungry “lawyer” that just stands in court with you and never make any attempt to help your case please give Christopher Kennedy a call. He’ll be glad to take your money and do no work.

The Bateman Firm far exceeded my expectations with my case. I came in with a very challenging case and they were able to get it reduced and off my record.

Clearly, these reviews are being "cleaned up" to paint a SKEWED positive picture of attorneys-- Doug Brannon and Kenneth Shabel-- whose ethical malfeasance was so bad they were both recently PUBLICLY REPRIMANDED by the South Carolina Supreme Court for basic accounting/financial failures AND DEFICIENCY in the representation of CLIENTS!!! (see 'Matter of Brannon' (2019) and 'Matter of Shabel' (2021)). One of Shabel's clients and a close family member of mine-- a client he KNEW to be innocent-- was allowed to be sent to PRISON for Decades because he failed to fulfill very basic professional duties ( such as consulting with an expert who could have told the jury the allegations we're UNRELIABLE and FALSE) to ensure his client had a Full Defense in three years leading up to AND during his critical trial! Another attorney-- after client had been subjected to EIGHT+ Years in violent prisons....then got the client's case overturned(!) Smh And Brannon? He stomped on this SAME client by deception and legal manipulation in a separate Family matter where he knew he had a conflict of interest. (see Brannon's Disciplinary case) Brannon has a long history of shady tactics, outright LIEING in sacred truth-seeking courts, and disregarding his ethical obligations. Proceed with hiring these attorneys at your OWN PERIL...... ** this review is based on proven & verifiable FACTS, not conjecture

Why I can’t help reading all these wonderful reviews about Doug Branno…….. I’m so happy for the people who got the great him unlike me who gave him $000 dollars he knows the amount back in 2020 for a dui charge with know Tangible evidence at all here it is 2022 and I still have no license no money and I wasn’t even drinking wow Doug thanks so much PS do you think I can get out of my statement I ask you for a year ago thanks
