Lack of communication and updates from the attorney
“He has not done anything except help out a couple of times with doctor expenses. Even though the wreak was the semi truck was at fault.Tom did not ask for the black box nor the drug test that was done for the truck driver. Tom never called to see how I was doing or anything. I always had to call him. Made me feel like he did not care at all😔
