I met Ryan when I was managing the airport in my town. I had just gotten bitten the day before at a gas station by a dog that got out of this truck. I told him what had happened and he offered to take my case. It just had to happen during covid, we all know how that changed our lives. There was no cases being seen in court so it was just dealt with over phones and internet. But finally Ryan received an settlement, even at this point he let it be my decision to settle or wait out covid. What I liked the most was if I needed to speak to him personally or his staff about a matter I was able to do so. He has my respect and I am sure he will have yours.
