Lack of responsiveness and follow-up from the firm
“I called in to get some assistance from this firm after searching around to different lawyers and realized that I would choose this one based on their advertisement, I called and the receptionist told me She.. would call be back..I asked why.. she said oh she stepped away and I'm not sure where she is...and guess what I never received a call back yet!!!. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED.....and I also needed this as a sense of urgency I didn't think I had to spell it out!!!..I really didn't want to give any stars!!!!”
