I needed a lawyer for the first time in my life and saw great reviews for Susan. After our initial consultation call, I knew she was the one. She calmed my fears but was also honest. Susan and her paralegal Ginny were great! Very personable, professional, responsive, and explained the process and possible scenarios thoroughly. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate recommending her to others!

From the first phone call to after the case was settled, Susan was there every step of the way. Susan is highly professional, yet friendly and personable in a way I don't think we would have found in anyone else. She kept us informed every time there was new activity on our case. She listened to us, acknowledged any thoughts or ideas we had and answered every question without hesitation. She was honest about both the good and bad. She rearranged her busy schedule to be there when we called, even though she really wasn't absolutely needed. She came because we asked her to, because it was important to us. She refused to accept anything less than what she felt was the right solution for her client and worked for 4 years to make it happen. An to be honest, the outcome was even better than we thought was possible. To say that Susan is amazing would be an understatement. She is everything you could hope for in an attorney and so much more!

Susan is very knowledgeable and prompt with her service.
