If there were more stars I would give them to Russ, Rita and the entire DeMott legal team, I can honestly say our case was not the usual simply due to the mortgage servicing company we were dealing with and their totally inept way of handling business including outright lying, there were times I know Russ was ready to go ballistic about them but he stayed the course and got us thru it unscathed.
