Russell and Beth were nothing short of AMAZING to work with. They went over and beyond to answer any questions I had and were extremely quick to resolve issues and make phone calls in regard to my needs. Russell represented me wonderfully and I had a great outcome with my situation. I hope to never have to be in a position to use them again, but I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good attorney!

Russell is an amazing criminal defense attorney , saved my future and basically my life. I had a slew of charges that could have carried decades in jail. He was always honest upfront answered all my phone calls and emails which you often don’t get with and attorney. I’m a northerner so I swore that I wouldn’t get a fair shot at my charges Russell made sure I did him and Beth are amazing . I would say he is the best criminal defense attorney in sc period . He has the knowledge of both sides of the table from being a former prosecutor to being a private attorney which is often what you look for in a criminal defense attorney or at least I do . He knows his stuff if you have a criminal matter you hire Russell. Down to earth never rushes you off the phone ! My post is detailed because when you are looking for a criminal defense attorney you want to know these types of things! If I Ever had another criminal matter Russell would be my first call.

Russell is an INCREDIBLY AMAZING Attorney!!!! Him and Beth are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL working together as a TEAM!! There are NOT ENOUGH words to even describe how GRATEFUL I am for all their help. They are Very attentive to you and what's BEST for you!! They are Always quick to reply to any question or concern you have...I've become close to them over the time it took to close my unfortunate charges. Wanted to take the time to show my appreciation to Mr. Hilton. Russell took on my case over the phone. He took a chance. As I'm a single mother of four children and pregnant with my 5th child. I was Charged with a DUI back in March of 2019. Russell worked on my case for 7 months. Russell showed compassion. I'm very thankful he as a heart and wasn't afraid to show it.
