I had a great experience using the Deas Law firm to handle my family court matter. Mr Deas was knowledgeable of the South Carolina court system and always kept me in the loop which was very helpful because I lived out of state. He also has a great Paralegal.

Very professional and reasonably priced. He handled my divorce and was always upfront with me. And he by far was the best prices for services received. I highly recommend him for your legal needs.

In June 2017 I was charged with a DUI, 1st offense and hired Mr. Deas' law firm. They worked well to have the suspension lifted on my license and succeeded in the seemingly easy process, however the actual case is another story. I got the impression that Mr. Deas was awaiting a plea offer that never came. We had come within a month of the scheduled court date and he had presented no defense strategies for the case, but rather went over the "benefits" with me of taking a guilty plea to possibly avoid jail time. Almost a year after my arrest I hired a different firm and the case was dismissed within a few weeks. Dealing with the Deas Law Firm was rather stressful, at times. I never really felt in the loop about the case, it was difficult to get my calls returned in a timely manner, and there just seemed to be no sense of urgency regarding my case.
