I don’t know how to put into words my extreme gratitude to The FLOYD Law firm from the time I have walked through the doors I was treated with the upmost respect. I explained my case as it’s messy and linked to another state that I No longer reside in due to resolving this family issue. I had an appointment for a consultation with The most wonderful lawyer Mrs. Bonnie Drake Loomis. I explained my case and told her it was messy she instantly knew I had be railroaded and knew where she wanted to start from the time I walked in her down and then retained her the next day we got my son back where he belonged. She let my voice be heard that kept being shut down and fought for me and my son. And we are still working on the rest but we got the most important part handled 1st! She did in 1 day what my lawyer in another state couldn’t do in the past few months. She is very understanding, respectful, caring to her clients needs, assertive and knowledgeable. I was in need of an attorney for divorce. I found Bonnie Loomis online and was working with her by phone email and text as I live in Florida. When she joined the Floyd law Firm she informed me of this right away. She never missed a beat in any way. I really didn't want the divorce but it was over. She took very good care of myself and made me feel at ease and like I had a friend on my side. The first time I met her was in court and I felt like I knew her for some time. Awesome experience!! Very professional, very kind & excellent example of customer service. From paralegals Kristi and Lisa to wonderful Attorney Patricia Anderson, all showed tremendous amount of care and attention to make the closing super smooth with no detail left unexplained.

I struggle to even give one star to this firm. Lisa did a horrific job on my real estate transaction. I had to do all of the work, I created the addendum that they copy and pasted into their own addendum and then they charged me $300 for it. I was double charged even though all they did was email me documents that I had to print, I had to get a notary and I had to drop it off. They already messed up the deed that was prepared and they would have gotten away with giving interest to an undeserving entity if I had not have caught it and brought it to their attention. I asked in the beginning of the transaction to keep my social security number and personal information private, instead they shared it with the 3 strangers I had to sign with. I would never recommend this law firm and it's a shame for what they get away with charging people for such poor service. I am still waiting for copies of the signed documents that I requested.

This is the second time we have used Floyd Law Firm and both times we have had an exceptional experience. They handled the closing of the sale of our home in February which was the easiest closing we have ever had, so we reached out to them again to help us with a Revocable Trust/Living Will. Again, exceptional! The entire staff gets 10+!

I went here to have my will rewritten and have powers of attoney and living will done also. They provided alot of guidance for the whole process and estate management in general. Mr Floyd was a pleasure to work with along with his very professional assistant Fannie.
