We used Floyd Law firm as our attorney in a residential real estate purchase. We experienced poor communication, we had to keep calling them to find out the status of the closing. They make several errors on the closing statement (HUD form) which, if we did not catch, would have cost us almost $400.

Initially placed on hold for 2-3 mins after about 10 mins trying to explain a probate matter I am being rushed off the phone by Mrs. Floyd. Would not recommend seems like they ill advise just to be retained.
