“These people don't care about anything. These lil towns get away with so much. There is so much swept under the rug from the Court in Walhalla to the police in Seneca and so on.. There needs to be a deep investigationon in Oconee county, from the judges to the officers. Everyone is family of family and that's how things go on in these small towns so you can't get any help from anybody without them teaming up”
