We used Americas Mailbox to set up our remote mailing service and to transfer our vehicles from Pennsylvania to South Dakota. We will be doing our domicile transfer later this year. The entire process was seamless and very easy to do. Mercedes was assigned our case to transfer our 3 vehicles. She was fantastic to work with and quickly answered my multitude of questions in a very knowledgeable and professional manner, and very helpful with how to work with the lein holder to process that title. She explained and updated us continually throughout the process. We also utilized Americas Mailbox Insurance, and again very pleased with the service. I worked with Lani at America's Mailbox to transfer my title and get my vehicle registered. Lani was always super fast with replies and helpful info as I went through the process. Can't say the same for my credit union as they sat on the title for a month. But America's mailbox and Lani were 100% great.

We recently bought a new vehicle in Arizona to be registered in South Dakota. Lani was our "go to" person and are we ever glad. she answered questions, checked out whatever we needed and made sure our registration was processed with few problems. We did have to re-contact the dealer to get additional (and original) info. Lani really came through, keeping the dealer on track and providing the right stuff. I can't say enough good about her. I've been using the vehicle registration service for a couple of years, and the service has been fantastic. They are very responsive and transparent. Recently, I renewed a car with the help of Julie, and the process was seamless. What's more, I also registered multiple vehicles, and Amanda was exceptionally careful and patient, ensuring each of the documents was correct. I really appreciate it.
