Attorney Scott was extremely helpful! Highly recommended. He is the nicest attorney that I have met anywhere!!! Buyers/sellers must NEVER rush to sign anything regardless of the “great” deal that you think you are getting. If you are out of state and buying in South Dakota you most definitely need to call attorney Scott.
