After my accident I was at a loss on how to go about filing a claim. From the very first time I met with Dean he put me at ease with his knowledge and personal style. During the following months I came to know Dean as a true professional as well as a really nice guy. With his guidance I learned that I needed to be patient and let the process work. On a personal note, I found out that Dean enjoys exploring the caves in the Black Hills area.
