Had a complicated disability case. David and Molly never gave up on me. After years of fighting we finally won my case. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I was in a car accident in Sioux City, Iowa and received significant injuries. I knew I could not work with the insurance company by myself and needed to find an attorney. After checking around, I decided on King Law Firm. This was definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made. Mr. king and all his employees are knowledgeable, thorough and very caring. They always responded promptly to anything questions I had or anything that I needed. I received a very good insurance settlement and will always be grateful to them for that. I would highly recommend King Law Firm to anyone who is looking for or needs help with an insurance claim.

David has done outstanding be my family. He is knowledgeable and professional. He was able to help with both a family law case as well as a disability case. ALL the staff are great and professional. I would highly recommend David to anyone.

I really enjoyed working with the individuals at King Law Firm. Kirk worked hard for me on my workman's comp case. Ms. Miles was extremely helpful. Both of them were very quick to get back to me whenever I had a question. They always treated me with respect and I never felt like I was just a "file". It really makes a difference when you feel that they not only understand the legal aspect of the situation but also have an underanding of the human side of it. Again I really appreciate all the hard work they did for me. It truly was excellent service.

First off, 5 is definitely NOT enough stars for King Law Firm, P.C. Words truly cannot express the amount of gratitude that I own David, Kirk and Michelle. They are absolutely, hands down, the best most empathetic team I have had the privilege to take my case. It is stressful enough to even need a personal injury attorney, let alone one for workers comp case. This is long, but worth the read: I'm not the type of person to write or type reviews; however, in this particular situation, this review is a must. I have ALWAYS prided myself on being independent. My whole life I had lived as as, "independently owned and operated" woman/mother. I have always worked hard for any company I worked for. The company always had my loyalty. I had a job I loved, with excellent benefits and was very successful in my management position. My kids wanted for nothing; I could afford the extra curricular activities my kids wanted to play. We enjoyed going on our yearly vacations: fishing, camping, horse back riding, hiking, skiing, snow tubing, swimming, walking. You get the idea, my kids and I were always active doing something fun. My home was paid for, had a beautiful 4wd truck, and all my bills were paid. In April of 2018, my whole life change in a mere split second (literally speaking) when I had a work related accident that took me out of commission. The WC insurance put me through the ringer and kept putting off much needed medical help. It was a constant fight with the insurance company to get medical appointments approved. The district manager for the company kept calling me to tell me I was going to lose my job (ended up blocking his number). HR called me, told me I was no longer employable and I needed to clean out my locker. I read her my notes (please take copious notes if you get hurt) and let her know their WC insurance company was the one dragging their feet, not me. I was fortunate enough to save my job. (Mental note, if compan6wants to fire you, don't argue w/them. Plead your case and let the chips fall where they may.) At that point, I knew my "independently owned and operated" motto no longer applied to my life. I needed help and I needed it fast. Unfortunately, I hit so many brick walls and legal rejections that I almost gave up. I was told by attorneys the following: "To be perfectly honest with you Ms. A....., you case is not worth the time ir effort. You will never win! No, if you were an uneducated woman that did not know how to present herself, you might have a slight chance of a small settlement. But, that is definitely notthe case with you."😳 (which has compelled me to leave educated and well presented reviews on their profiles later this week.) I tried one last time. I contacted King Law Firm, P.C and talked with a lady about my case. She said she would talk with an attorney and call me back. It was later that week that she set me up with an appointment to see Kirk Rallis. When the appointment came up, I almost didn't go, I was so drained from hearing, "To be honest with you Ms. A......" However, I decided to give it one last shot. I went to my consultation with Kirk Rallis. Kirk was amazing and very empathetic to my case. I was blown away his empathy. Someone actually empathized with my situation. He informed me that he would take my case. I'm not sure if that is when I cried or before. (I am not a woman to cry in my every day life, but poor David, Kirk and Michelle have seen plenty of my tears.) David (owner/lead attorney), Kirk (attorney), and Michelle (an absolutely beautiful lady and my support rock) are truly an incredible team. Not only did Kirk and David accept my case, they turned the "not with the time" and "will never win' case into a super star winning case. I was so exhausted and so close to giving up. However, because of David, Kirk, and Michelle kept me together and assured me my case was worth fighting for no matter how much the outcome would be. My case was long, but definitely worth the fight. Not once did this beautiful and amazing team give up on me or my case. Call them!!
